happy birthday to me

I'm not even technically 37 yet. I've still got 10 more hours to go.

Already the doom and gloom and temper tantrums and fits have begun.

I blame it on the odd number.

And on the three-year-old who woke up before 6:00 this morning.
And on the almost two-year-old who spent yesterday puking and feeling crummy
and is continuing to feel crummy, crabby and cranky today.

I think I'll skip the birthday cake.

Let's just stick a candle in my Ben and Jerry's and call it a day.
