Cate and Danny play together now occasionally.
I think it was her mastering of the sitting up position
that helped move things along.
It's not much fun playing with a baby who just lays there.
Most of the play is spent with Danny saying things like

No, Date. Don't touch dat.

and

Here, Date. Let me have dat.

She doesn't seem to mind.
I think they're off to a good start.
